Taking its inspiration from Japanese architecture the Cumberland exudes quite grace with its clean lines and harmonious proportioning; shown here crafted in solid cherry with book-matched curly cherry panels. The top is Jatoba veneer with ebony inlay and framed in solid cherry. The piece is richly finished in hand rubbed oil with a durable top coat. A gently arched front on the top and pencil drawer, hand cut dovetail drawers, carved drawer pulls, and ebony feet add subtle refinement to this artful desk.
