Camden Village Home
If its antique walls could speak, this historic Camden home would recite a long and distinguished story of life in small-town coastal Maine over the past two centuries. Moved to its current location in the early 20th century, this 1785 colonial has undergone several additions over the years, resulting in its current H-shaped configuration. General contractors and carpenters on the Phi team renovated the primary antique structure to its original condition, with the addition of modern systems and amenities. The middle addition was demolished in 2013 and replaced with a more fluid layout, including a bright, modern kitchen, expansive dining room and a sleek European master suite.
