Live/Work House

Phi Architect Peter Gross designed this two-family house to easily convert a home office and rental into two residential rental units. Green building techniques include a focus on energy efficiency, with radiant heating in floors and heat recovery ventilation system. Corrugated steel siding add a unique and custom flourish.
